LIVE: Jessie Ware @ Electric Brixton
Shows Off Her 'Devotion'...
Jessie Ware captivated the audience at her show at Electric Brixton on November 13th.
The Mercury-nominated singer took to the stage to show off tracks from her debut album 'Devotion'.
Support came in the form of Jessie's friend Two Inch Punch, who got the audience warmed up with his DJ set.
The venue was absolutely rammed and fans eagerly awaited Jessie's arrival. She finally hit the stage with her three-piece band as her name went up in lights above her.
Jessie's set was just over an hour and she managed to have some chat with the audience inbetween performing her tracks, speaking to her fans like they were mates. She also welled up a little when she told us how her "best mate in the whole world” Jack Penate was in the crowd. It's mind-blowing to think that Jessie was touring with Jack as a backing singer just a year ago.
Fans swayed along as Jessie belted out tracks such as 'What You Won't Do For Love', 'Dancing On My Own', the album's title track and 'Wildest Moments'.
It's been an amazing year for the 28 year-old and this show only proves how much she deserves all her success, and how much more more she has to come.
